Here's how the senior portrait process works.

Trip #1 - Photography session

At Bettinger Photography you enjoy a 28 pose session and you can wear up to 4 different outfits. Our studio has 2500 Sq. feet of indoor camera rooms and dressing rooms and over 3000 Sq. feet of outdoor studio and the beautiful University of Denver campus just a block away. Plan on being at the studio for an hour and a half. You will also receive a price list with your portrait options. It is best to have a parent with you at this time. You have the option of ordering printed proofs at this time. The cost for printed proofs is $250.00 and they are yours to keep. Here is the Fun Part. You will be able to view your photographs the night of the session, on-line, with a private access code. For your convenience, you do not have to return to our offices unless you choose. You may order by phone with a portrait consultant while viewing your portraits online. We can arrange for your finished order to be delivered to your home*. Trip #2 - Preview Presentation

You only need to make this trip if you don't order by phone while viewing online. Approximately ten days from your photo session your portraits will be ready to view on high resolution monitors at our studios. If you purchase previews, they will be available at this time. Most people will order the photographs they want for their parents, friends and relatives at this appointment. You will need to designate which portrait you want in your yearbook. You may also choose from our many framing and matting options. A deposit is required to process your order. However, if you prefer to take the previews you purchased home, you can come back later to order or order by phone.

Trip #3 - Return previews and place your order

You only need to make this trip if you take the previews you purchased out of the studio, and come back later to order. This stop is simple. You make an appointment to meet with one of our sales associates and we will do the rest. Simply tell us what you would like and we produce the order for you.

Trip #4 - Pick up your finished order

You only need to make this trip if you don't have your order shipped to your home.* Approximately 6 to 8 weeks from order date your finished portraits will be completed. Avoid this trip by taking advantage of our shipping services.* We also deliver your yearbook photograph to your school for you at no additional charge.
